Looking for some gently used wets for my Rotax kart.
Mojo W2 and Vega seem to be the 2 main ones for the classes I'll be running in this year. Looking to pick these up just for practice sessions.
If you have some you're looking to move let me know!
Thanks! |

You know, you have to put rear wets on 6.0, not 7.1. Do you have wheels?
Nobody (no series that I know of) is using VEGAs. So your only option will be to buy from TS (AMP) |

Thanks for the info Ihor. Guess I'll need a set of wheels as well. Yeah I'll need some eventually for AMP too.
For now though I'm more or less just looking for some to get some seat time in the rain with.
Thanks! |

You'll also need to have the proper chassis setup for the rain and tire pressures to get the optimal performance. _________________ John

Right, the reason for this post was to get acquainted to driving in the rain as I'm new to karting. Rain and slicks don't make for the best of situations.
I'm not worried about shaving .2sec off or getting 100% optimal conditions going. Looking for seat time on some tires that are not brand new and costing me 1 billion dollars! heh
But yes, aware that other things need adjusted other than just tossing on wet tires. Thanks! |
